We have included this section about Receipts to help you plan your meals. Typically diets provide you with a strict eating plan;

 

  • Eat one egg;
  • ¼ of a grapefruit; and
  •  A tea spoon of yogurt for the next 30 weeks.

 

This does not’t work it just gets you frustrated, as we stated in our book “All Diets Work” and the work for one reason calorie restriction! And since you are following the Buck Naked Diet you what your calorie intake must be. So please visit the links we have provided they will provide you with all the various receipts you will ever need…. But make sure you keep your calorie counter in hand and plan your meal according to which phase of the Buck Naked Diet you are in.

 

Remember the following:

 

  • Use your calorie counter
  • Avoid simple sugars (use artificial sweeteners if you have to)
  • Eat vegetables especially green vegetables
  • Eat lean protein
  • Avoid Fats
